- Organized the Korea Foundation-East Asia Institute Korea Friendship Program, which promotes understanding of South Korea through lectures, field trips, and essay competitions for international students in South Korea.

- Raised in Daegu, South Korea.
- Spent sophomore year of High School in
Norman, Oklahoma, USA.
- Both parents worked at the school.
- Have two younger sisters.
- Have no religion, but enjoy visiting temples and churches.
- Used to live with a dog named 'Ohno,' named after 'Ohno Satoshi,' a member of the Japanese idol group 'Arashi.'
- have a large scar on my left hand because I slipped and broke a bone while getting off the bus.
- Got married to my first love, whom I had been dating for 12 years.
